Photo Manipulation is an art form requiring skill as well as an active imagination. Using Photoshop and other photo editing tools, digital artists have recently taken it to mind-blowing levels, creating everything from surreal and dark environments to strange and otherworldly characters.
I wanted to create images for a fictional series that follows the Star Wars Saga. A bit like the upcoming Marvel series on Disney Plus.
I had an idea of using mostly free images (credit to Disney for DB-1) and wanted to create a scene that follows a new character who is not a major player in the war but a normal citizen watching the war from the outside.
So I created these images for the fictional show 'Naboo'

You have to admit the show looks better than reality TV!

This was a really interesting and visually driven piece, and I liked how it reflects on the creative process behind “The Idea Awakens” in a way that feels more like storytelling than just a design breakdown. The emphasis on experimentation, early concept thinking, and letting ideas evolve rather than forcing them into something polished too quickly really stood out. It gives that sense of creativity as something active and slightly messy, which is often where the best ideas come from. I’ve been reading similar design-focused content lately alongside rapid assignment help, and it all connects quite naturally. Also found this useful: GCSE Speech Topics, which fits in smoothly with the broader idea of communication and expression in creative work.
